Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. Upgrades can be applied same-day if coverage allows.
Email [email protected] or submit a ticket at least 7 days before your next billing date. There are no cancellation fees. Your equipment deposit is refunded after we retrieve the antenna and router.

There is no activation fee. Standard residential installation is free. The $75 equipment deposit covers your CPE antenna and indoor router and is fully refundable.
