Summary: Use our service legally and responsibly. Don't abuse the network, don't harm others, pay on time, and return equipment when you leave. That's it in practice.

1. Service Agreement

By subscribing to AV Internet services, you agree to these Terms of Service. We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

2. Service Delivery

AV Internet provides best-effort fixed-wireless internet access. Advertised speeds represent maximum capability under ideal conditions. Actual speeds may vary based on network conditions, your device, Wi-Fi quality, and other factors. We publish typical speed ranges in our FCC Broadband Labels on the plans page.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use our service to:

4. Equipment

The outdoor CPE antenna and (if applicable) the indoor router provided by AV Internet remain our property. You are responsible for reasonable care of the equipment. A $75 equipment deposit is held and refunded upon equipment return in working condition. Lost or damaged equipment may be charged at replacement cost.

5. Billing

Service is billed monthly. Your first bill is prorated from install date to month end. Bills are due within 10 days of issue. Service may be suspended after 15 days past due. A $15 reconnection fee applies to suspended accounts.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by contacting [email protected] at least 7 days before your next billing date. There are no cancellation fees. Equipment must be returned within 14 days of service end date for deposit refund.

7. SLA & Service Credits

Business 500 and Business Gig plans include a 99.9% monthly uptime SLA. Residential plans target 99.5% but include no contractual SLA. Credits for SLA breaches on business plans are calculated as the prorated daily rate for each full hour of verified downtime exceeding the SLA threshold, up to one month's service fee.

8. Limitation of Liability

AV Internet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service interruptions. Our total liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount you paid for service in the preceding 30 days.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Disputes shall be resolved in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
