We do not use your browsing data or traffic information to build advertising profiles or sell data to third parties.
As a broadband provider, we are subject to FCC rules regarding Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI). We use CPNI only to provide your broadband service and as otherwise permitted by law. We do not share CPNI with third parties for marketing purposes without your express consent.
Account data is retained for the duration of your service and for 3 years after account closure for billing dispute purposes. Connection logs are retained for 90 days. Support correspondence is retained for 2 years.
We may disclose your information when required by valid legal process (court order, subpoena, or lawful government request). We will notify you of requests to the extent permitted by law. We do not voluntarily disclose subscriber information to government entities without legal compulsion.
